22. Arrangements related to personnel

(1) The fund will have employees as needed to carry out the operations of the fund effectively.
(2) The Government of Nepal will provide the necessary staff to the fund until the necessary staffing arrangements are made.
(3) The Fund may take the necessary employee period in the service contract with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), the terms of service, remuneration and other arrangements of the employees contracted will be as mentioned in the contract.
(5) With the approval of the Government of Nepal, the committee may give incentives based on performance to the employees working in the fund.
